The Corvette Challenge Club (“CCC”) was born out of the passion for performance, competition and love of an iconic American sports car.

The Club owners have a rich history in both road racing at the amateur and professional level along with spending an above average amount of time at the track.

Whether you enjoy auto cross, the drag strip, drifting or road course driving, the CCC is here to support your efforts!

Steven C. Olsen
Steven C. OlsenDirector
Steve’s interest in performance driving was born out of owning his first Corvette in 2000. The decision was made after purchase that he could either pay for driver training or pay for body damage; he chose training.

His initial adventure was in Pahrump, NV at what’s now known as Spring Mountain Motorsports. Following an amazing track experience, Steve was blown away as to the level of performance the C5 and newer Corvette models offered and how aggressively they could be driven.

Fast forward to now, Steve has more than two hundred days of training and performance driving at various tracks including High Plains Raceway. Steve also has the distinction of the number one user of the High Plains Raceway open lapping days.

Steve noticed that owners of other manufacturers were enjoying their cars at the track and that Corvette owners needed guidance and outlets to experience how great the C5 and newer models perform.

The Club is the solution by supporting a track focused community of Corvette enthusiasts.

Director, Chris Sarian, brings a wide range of experience to the Club.

The racing passion continues with over fifteen years of amateur and professional level competition in sprint and endurance series such as SCCA, NASA, WRL, MX-5 Cup and Grand-Am (now IMSA).

Chris spent six years on the Colorado Region SCCA BOD and several years as President of the Audi Club North America – Rocky Mountain Chapter.

With a commitment to bringing new drivers into the sport, Chris has been the Chief Driving Instructor at High Plains Raceway outside Denver, CO for the past five years. As owner of Sarian Motorsports, the business supports students at all levels along with instruction and coaching novice to experienced drivers at race events.

Early days were spent playing with American muscle and Chris was so impressed with the recent Corvette C5, C6 and C7 models, that his recent purchase was a C7 Corvette Grand Sport. “It’s time to focus on supporting those that take it to the track, whether its auto cross, drags, drifting or road course”.
